Cica, also is known as Gotu Cola, and Tiger Grass, has this nickname becuase Tigers and other animals rub against this plant for its healing benefits. This amazing ingredient is backed by Science, and has so many incredible benefits to the skin.
You will notice it has a slight Greenish hint. This is normal, and part of the magic. Cica aids in calming inflammation, and redness. You may be familiar with the brand Dr. Jart, I love this brand, and it also features this ingredient. In fact, you will notice this in almost all the popular brands during your next trip to Sephora. Sephora is one of my absolute favorite places to go for inspiration. Believe it or not, most times I go, just to window shop. I love to read the back of the bottles and see what is in the skincare.
