Phones have been found to have serious pathogens like MRSA, E. coli, streptococcus, and more bacteria than a toilet seat. Now think about how often you're putting your phone up to your cheek. Or how many times you touch your phone and then touch your face. Gross! Sanitizing your phone can help prevent acne.

4. Eat a Healthy Diet

Studies have shown that some foods can cause inflammation throughout the body and can affect hormones, resulting in a flare-up. Food sensitivities include dairy, eggs, sugar, fried foods, and more.
